ISO 9001:2015 certification

Since 23 June 2020, Fattura24 has completed the certification process for our SaaS (Software as a Service) business, which is now fully compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard (view the certificate).

This is the leading international standard used by organisations such as Fattura24 who are looking to plan, implement, monitor and improve both operational and support processes by designing and implementing a Quality Management System that can play a key role in achieving the organisation’s objectives and, above all, in guaranteeing the efficiency and security of the services provided to customers.

ISO 9001:2015 is customer-focused, with the planning and control activities and monitoring systems required by the standard designed with the aim of maximising customer satisfaction.

The way we work at all stages of the service delivery process and of compliance with the related requirements means that our users can be confident that Fattura24 plans, designs, provides and controls its services in a reliable, measurable way and in compliance with the relevant international regulations. This ensures high levels of quality.
