Credit log

In this Desktale section you can see the list of payments you have made and the amount of remaining credits usable in Desktale.

The details are as follows:

  • Payment date;
  • Price;
  • Users;
  • Projects;
  • Free projects;
  • Balance.

Click on Impostazioni, then on the Credit log item to access the following tab.

Charge your credit​

To recharge your credit, click on CHARGE to define by how much you want to top up the credit amount.

After opening the Recharge Your Credit screen, choose from the different options available the amount to be recharged, then proceed with the payment through PayPal.

Once filling in the Amount to Charge field, click on PayPal and then proceed by logging into your PayPal account or proceed, again via Paypal, as an anonymous user.

When the procedure is complete, your Organization's credit will update and you will be shown a confirmation message.
