Canned responses
Here you will learn how to create canned responses, i.e., predefined messages that you can use to respond to frequently asked questions from your customers or interested parties.
Click on to access the following screen.

A complete list will appear, on the left, of all ready replies already created.
New
Click on NEW to access the following tab.

To proceed, fill in the following fields:
- Insert topic: define a title that describes the content of the canned responses;
- Message: write the text of your ready reply.
For writing your text you have at your disposal a bar with the most common editorial tools.
Once the two required fields are filled in, click on ADD KNOWLEDGE to confirm and save the message.
Next, click on to update the list of ready replies and check the correct entry of the one you just created.
Edit
To edit a ready response, click on the relevant row in the list of your canned responses.

Once the modification is complete, click on SAVE to confirm.
Print
To print a ready response, click on the relevant row in the list of your canned responses.

To print click on PRINT.
Delete
To delete a ready response, click on the relevant row in the list of your canned responses.

To proceed, click on DELETE and then click on YES to confirm or NO to go back.
